Shipping Policy

Cost of shipping is included in the prices of our rugs.  Shipping could take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.  Our rugs are carefully inspected before they are delivered, ensuring your rug is in pristine condition when you receive it.  If your rug is damaged during shipping, or if you have any concerns please contact our customer service department at customerservice@banurugs.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by our work, ensuring the highest quality hand-made rugs.  We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our rugs.  The rug must be returned in the same condition the customer received it in for the full refund to ensure there is no loss in value to the rug. Return shipping fees are covered if the customer wants to exchange their rug for another rug from our catalog. If a straight return is requested, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please contact customer.service@banurugs.com with any questions.

 

Any other concerns by our customers, we will address per customer and rug on an individual basis.  We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our rugs and service.
